Jen was nothing short of amazing! Her knowledge, education and passion were evident as she so patiently answered all my questions and explained every part of the ombre powder brow procedure. Her salon is extremely clean and professional. She showed me every tool and how it was new coming out of the bag, wrapped every other part of her tools with the appropriate dressings and was 1000% transparent about her products and setup. I went into the appointment nervous but she was so calm and reassuring that by the time we started I was excited and ready! She let me check in through the procedure to ensure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows and the color. Tie end result is JAW DROPPING! She is extremely talented and her work is beautiful ! So lucky to have met Jenn, she takes her job seriously, which is so important to someone considering getting permanent makeup. When she did my brows she started w/ a lighter color, we darkened it later at follow up but it allowed me to get used to the look without having any regretful moments, she said we can always go darker but not lighter. I appreciate her caution, she truly wants you to love your result. She has tons of pics of her work (evidence of her consistency) & is a perfectionist like me so when I asked her to slightly thicken the right, then the left, then the right again (cause I might be OCD) she did so with a smile as long as it made me happy. (She's old school when it comes to customer service, meaning that she actually still cares about it.) She makes you feel super comfortable. And she knows what she's doing, you can tell by how she explains the procedure & recovery, so literally everything that happens during healing you'll already expect, rather than wondering if it's normal or not. She's amazing, again feel really lucky to have met her. I have & would recommend her to others. Thank you Jenn!!!
